SPARKS, Nevada - Monin Americas, a food flavor innovation company, announced the opening of a new state-of-the-art, 123,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Sparks, Nevada.
This major expansion of its Monin West manufacturing facility will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s exponential growth across the Western United States, Mexico and Canada.
Built adjacent to the Monin West manufacturing plant, this new warehouse is the fourth major Monin facility in the United States and a crucial component of the company’s expansion of its sales and production capabilities within its growing North American supply chain. Since opening in 2020 in Sparks, Nevada, Monin West has shortened nationwide delivery times and provided customers with a third Monin beverage innovation center in the U.S. This exciting expansion of Monin West’s operations will not only bolster storage capacity and streamline distribution, but will also accelerate Monin’s commitment to lowering our carbon footprint by reducing transit distances.

After outgrowing its headquarters in Clearwater, Florida, Monin opened Monin West, a 115,000 sq. ft. production and shipping facility built in the Spanish Springs Business Center off the Pyramid Highway. The Sparks facility is equipped with state-of-the-art flavor manufacturing, bottling and distribution capabilities. During 2024, the facility has added two new production lines, including a second main packaging line, anticipated to increase total facility production by 60% by the end of the year. The other line, installed this spring, is dedicated to producing the ever-popular 50 ml mini bottles for flavor sampling and retail purposes.
In partnership with Devcon Construction, Inc. and Stream Realty Partners, Monin West built a facility designed to handle the complexities of modern distribution, with temperature-controlled storage, advanced inventory management and 14 dock doors. “We are well on our way to enhancing our Sparks facility and supplying the West ever more effectively,” said Ty Hartigan, Sparks Warehouse Director.
In 2023, Monin was recognized by the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada and the State of Nevada for expanding to the state and introducing new job opportunities with its Monin West production line and warehouse. This latest expansion reaffirms Monin's commitment to driving economic growth and delivering exceptional value to its partners, customers and local communities.
